How can I start being supported through Supported Living?
Through the Local Authority
You can be referred through to our service via the Local Authority, then they can organise funding to support your care plan.
If you'd like to use our service, and you have the funds available, you can self-refer and we can start looking into your care plan straight away.

Shared Lives is a bit like foster care - but for adults. Shared Lives provides tailored support to those who need this, in a family home. Shared Lives carers support adults with support needs to achieve their goals, and live the way they want to live. Shared Lives support could be during the day, for a short break or the person being supported could even move in, it's flexible.
