Introducing our new Chief Executive

We are delighted to introduce our new Chief Executive (CEO), Kate Allen.

Kate is an experienced CEO who has spent the last 20 years influencing change to improve the lives of others, particularly adults with support needs and learning disabilities.

She has worked for, and with, a number of charities that support adults with complex needs.  These include Autism at Kingswood, Mencap and Association for Real Change (ARC).

Kate Allen said: “I’m delighted to be appointed as the Chief Executive for ategi, I’m looking forward to joining the charity and supporting you all to deliver exceptional services across Wales and England.”

Kate will join ategi on Tuesday 19th April.  Kate brings a lot of relevant experience and we have no doubt that ategi will thrive under her leadership.
