Join our team of support workers

Our support workers support people in their homes and their community, and work on a variety of shift patterns and hours. They make a huge difference in helping people take control and live their lives and are rewarded by what they achieve as well as our great pay and benefits.

Our office based roles

Ategi have a wide variety of job roles from administration to fundraising, communications to finance, to support roles. Our Shared Lives coordinators support and supervise independent Shared Lives carers who support people in their own homes.
