• To provide excellent support to adults with a variety of Support needs, this may include people with a learning disability, mental health issues or physical disabilities

• Varied working patterns & flexible hours available. Incl day shifts, sleep-ins, weekends & Bank Holidays
• Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards.

Join the Ategi Team as a Support Worker

Based in Cardiff

Salary: FTE £25,300 per annum, £12.44 per hour

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an individual who is committed, dedicated, and passionate to make a meaningful impact while contributing to the well-being of others in a professional and supportive environment.

Ategi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to become a valued member of our dedicated and stable team;

• You will support a young adult with a variety of support needs including Autism, intellectual disability, epilepsy and non-verbal childhood ADHD. This gentleman enjoys swimming, water play, arts & craft, eating out, gym and bikes. He dislikes crowded places and being disturbed while doing activities.
• Varied working patterns & flexible hours are available including evening shifts and weekends (16 to 24 hours per week).
• Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in Health & Social Care and working with individuals with Autism is essential.
• A car driver who is willing to use their own car for work and travel when necessary (individual has his own mobility vehicle as well).
