In the spirit of Giving Tuesday

In the spirit of Giving Tuesday, Ategi is taking a step towards creating positive change not only within the lives of the people we support but also in the communities where our teams work and live.

Our new policy encourages and supports employees in participating in volunteer activities that align with our core values. We are thrilled to announce that we will be offering eligible employees up to 8 hours per year of paid volunteer time to work with a registered charity of their choice. This time can be utilised in a flexible way over a few days or during just one day. This move reflects our deep-rooted commitment to community-driven values and beliefs. We're not only committed to providing support but also actively contributing to the well-being of the communities we serve.

Volunteering is more than just a philanthropic endeavour; it's an avenue for personal and professional growth. The benefits extend beyond the impact on the groups and organisations receiving the volunteer efforts. It will offer our teams opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge, enriching both their personal and professional lives. It's a chance to bring people together and work collectively towards a shared goal.

Our employees have kind hearts and generous souls. We want to give them the opportunity to make a difference to causes that are important to them and help others. Spreading the kindness further

As we celebrate Giving Tuesday with this news, it provides us with a moment to contemplate the impact achievable through volunteering within our team. Recognising the potential of giving back, we see how these efforts contribute to making Ategi an even more enriching and fulfilling place to work.
