Competitive Pay

We pay above the Real Living Wage, with rates starting at £12.14–£12.44 per hour (£24,695–£25,300 per annum FTE) for support worker roles. Bank rates are even higher at £13.60–£13.94 per hour.

Generous Annual Leave

All employees receive at least 22 days of paid annual leave per rota. Need more time off? You can “buy” up to 5 extra days each year, with costs spread across the leave year.

Training & Development

We fully fund CQC/CIW NVQ training and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for staff and Shared Lives carers.

Pension contributions

Ategi contributes to your pension, helping you plan for the future.

Paid DBS checks

We cover the cost of your DBS checks and annual renewals.

Long-Service Rewards

Receive additional long-service allowances based on your contracted hours after 5 and 10 years of service.
