Following a successful career at Marks and Spencer plc in commercial management, Jill set up her own business offering consultancy and training services with a wide-ranging client base including a number of blue chip companies and over 100 SMEs based in South Wales. Jill's expertise is in people development, specialising in leadership and management, team building, executive coaching and business development.
Jill has held contracts with the Welsh Government to provide support to businesses throughout Wales to improve their strategic thinking, planning and effectiveness. She is currently working with Swansea University on a Leadership programme for Managers and Directors of companies across Wales. Jill is involved in design, delivery and providing coaching and mentoring to participants helping support their business growth. In addition, she is an Investors in People specialist, providing advice, guidance and assessment to organisations wising to gain or retain the standard.
Jill has been a Governor at the local Primary School for the past 12 years and Chair for the past 7 years. During this time, she has been involved in the recruitment of a number of staff including the Head and Deputy, responsible for the budget and personnel issues affecting the staff.
Jill is a Member of the CIPD, Institute Consulting and a qualified SFEDI Business Adviser.

Head of Finance
Jayne was appointed Head of Finance for Ategi in May 2022. Prior to that she was Head of Finance and Admin for Home-Start Cymru, a national Welsh charity who run over 40 projects throughout Wales providing support to parents and families when they are going through a difficult time.
Connor has spent the last 7 years working in the third sector and has led a regional older person’s charity as its Chief Officer for the last 5 years. Connor has significant knowledge of the challenges facing the health and social care system, particularly around issues facing older people.
