Stacey Watkins

Stacey is a qualified senior HR professional with over two decades of experience, guided by a strong person-centred approach. She is passionate about ensuring organisations support their people to thrive.
Stacey has over three years of experience working in the third sector, for a housing association and feels a strong sense of belonging and intrinsically connected to it’s purpose of providing homes where people can live well, in a connected community, this also includes retirement housing and independent living.
Stacey’s passion to make a difference has also led to additional self driven learning in Psychological Wellbeing and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, skills that inform her collaborative and supportive leadership style.
Outside of her professional and learning pursuits, Stacey loves to embrace her creative side, enjoying everything from wax melt making to crocheting. When the weather is fair, you can find her in the garden tending to her tom cucumber and strawberry plants. Recently she has also taken up photography, joining her partner who is a professional in the field and is thoroughly enjoying capturing the moments that matter, whether it’s weddings or wildlife.
